Having problems with /help

I am trying my hand at bnet, and typed the /help command to get started because there are a bunch of things I do not know. (E.g. I think to repeat the last thing typed, whispering, etc.)

I type /help and Bnet tells me that I need to type /help TOPIC to get info on that topic, and the topics are commands etc.
Then I type e.g. /help commands
and bnet tells me "correct usage: /help", as if my syntax were wrong.
I have tried this about 100 times now in different spellings and I still get NO HELP information. I cant believe this. How cryptic does this have to be? Can anyone give me a hand?

Thank you much. I did look there, I was just unsure if these were identical with what I could find under /help, should /help ever be enabled. Thank you very much.

also if you want to repeat the last 3-4 commands hit enter then the up arrow and it will togglw each time u hit up
