Can't get past loading screen

Hey, I can connect to Bnet, chat, and whatnot, but I can't join or create any games. Anyone ever had this problem before or know how to fix it? Thanks.

Is it your first time on Battle.net and it wont let you make games or have you been able to join or create games before this has happened?

I know I've played Diablo on this PC, but it was like 4 years ago. I don't have a firewall running. I'm thinking maybe my ISP closed the right ports, maybe? How do I check if ports are open?
