So, now that we know that 3 FPA is the max speed, what is the ideal weapon without going overboard on IAS?

What is the breakpoints now ? Is it still the same but 1 frame slower ?

95 ias = 3 fps ?
55 ias = 4 fps ?

here they get 2 fpa, with a jeweler's kater -30 base speed (GT or RT) of quickness and 2 sheals + 15 ias jwl in it.

the build is for ubering / dc clone with many cb.

No, they don't get 2 fpa. The werecalc calculates the speeds for assassins with claws wrong.
