Just came back after ~3 years (Thought I had kicked the habit) and, I need to know the best build for a MA Sin. I've looked through all the guides but can not seam to find one that meets my criteria of:
1) C/C preferable (they are more fun = challenge)
2) Low budget to start. (Same as above more of a challenge)
3) Centered around PS.
Also, what are the big changes for the Sin since .09?
