Hello. I have been trying to be able to get on Battlenet while at the library. I can get online ok with their WiFi but I cannot get on Battlenet. Did they do this on purpose and is there anything I can do to get it to work? It works fine on my WiFi at home. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

they might be blocking ports for gaming (6112, 4000)
most schools do, you might be able to find another wifi connection that has gaming ports open
