says i cant connect to bnet and have a modem issue
my sisters bf brought her laptop over and it worked fine
then i downloaded warcraft 3 on my comp
and now bnet doesnt work
ne idea?
i just got rid of warcraft on my comp becasue all i wanna play is d2 but i have no idea why it doesnt worked

well i downloaded d2 on my comp and says same thing how do i check if my router has the game ports open or if ne 1 else has ne ideas?

Ports 6112 and 4000 should be open, but they are likely open anyway (especially if you can play warcraft online).

It's more likely that your server list is invalid or you are just plain having internet connectivity issues. If you do a search of this forum, you should be able to find the directions for resetting your server list.

no my warcraft bnet didnt work
and still cant connect to bnet =/
well new problem i removed d2 on my comp to install it again
and it downloads d2 then when i go to d2 exp just says upgrade to full?
why shud i do?

- If you are downloading the game from the internet, then you will receive no help on these forums.

- If you mean you are installing the game from its cds, then there are 3 ways you can install the game. The first allows you to only play single player, the second (Full Install) includes support for multiplayer, and the third has all the cinematics saved to your machine. If you want to play Multiplayer, then either of the second two options will work. To install LoD, you must have at least a Full Install of D2.

I have been getting this message for the past 2-3 days as well.

Have been playing regularly with no hic-ups then the other day it came up randomly. I knew I had an internet connection as I had been browsing the web 5 seconds before I tried to log onto b.net. I restarted my comp and got the sam message. I tried logging into open b.net and it let me so I came out and then it would let me into closed b.net?????

I can get online but I have to restart my comp, log into open and then log into closed for me to get in..........
