Ghost claw question

I found a 3 socket Feral Claw that gives +3 Wake of fire +2 Shadow Master and +1 Mind Blast, and was wondering if its worth while to make a chaos or fury out of it or hold out and look for a claw thats gives +Mind Blast, Fade and Venom.

Also if I should make one out of this claw, would there be any huge difference between the two rune words?
