noob saying: how to craft O_o ??

Check the title, i really dont know how to craft O_o i see orange nice items and i dont know how to make them O_o plz help

Put 1 Magic Amulet, 1 Ral Rune, 1 Perfect Amethyst, 1 Jewel and nothing else inside your Horadric Cube. Click Transmute. You should now have crafted a Caster Amulet which will basicly be a rare guaranteed to have some Faster Cast rate, mana and mana regeneration.
