CNBF Question.

I wear the ubiquitous Raven frost for the can not be frozen mod on a paladin I am building. I have noticed that the CNBF mod doesn't cover everything and I was wondering what all the exceptions to its use are?

CBF doesn't help against the slowing of the holy frost aura or slowing which is not related to cold (e.g. the decrepify curse or hits from a Kelpie Snare).
