All of you know about this helm dropping very (too) frequently.

Defense: 34-52 (varies)(Base Defense: 9-27)
Required Level: 20
Required Strength: 23
Durability: 20
+25 Defense
+50% Damage To Undead
Hit Causes Monsters to Flee 50%
All Resistances +10
+20 To Strength

Mine has a bug : It gives 45 to all resistance.
I checked several times this morning, removed the 15 res GCs and other gears, swapping with Shako, exited the game, entered another one. Still, my growing Javazon (lvl 62) has full resist in NM and get 45 added to its res with the helm
Any idea ?

I'm quite sure that is user error. Even with 3 anya quests and 45 res from that helm your res shouldn't be higher than 25 on NM.

Sorry for this lack of info, the full resist occurs when the char fully geared, not naked of course. removing the GCs + equipment was to test the delta.

+10 cold resist becomes +55
+30 fire resist gives Max 75
and so on.

Must be the 20 str activating another piece of equipment that didn't show up otherwise.
