Ghost sin ar help!

I was wondering y m ar is so low even with maxed cm with fury or chaos greater talons i have 3.7 k ar and thats really low cause icant really hit much besides like sorcies and i was stuck with the option of fools but i feel like i dont do noticeable damage when i ww. I was thinking about using eth tucs for damage but ar is low any suggestions on how to pump ar and if i should use eth tucs or fury - im venom based 9 gcs

If you need AR then use fools, I use my magical fools over fury almost always (except stuff like 1v1 vs sorcs or zons). Also get AR on both rings (raven + something else). I have 9 shadow gcs, 5 ar&max/ar, 5 life/res charms, and I have 6k ar with fury, 15k with fools (thats what the display says at least).
