Whether cimerian chooses to give his vanilla items to RRM/RWM players is entirely up to him. (Lompo is also RWM/RRM).

Cimerian may choose to give to vanilla players first and whatever is left to rrm/rwm players.

We only prohibit the offering of modded items to non-modded players. Vanilla items can go anywhere. It is up to cimerian to see if there are any requests from vanilla players first.
