logging in bnet problem

I'm not sure if this belongs here but anyway.
When I log in at bnet is says that because I'm using a modem there is something wrong. They send me to support board but it didn't really help me with understanding my problem, so does anyone know why a modem somehow gives a problem. And what could I do about it.

could be anything from a temp ban to blocked ports to other internet problems

if it worked before its most likely a temp ban, just wait 10 min and try again

make sure windows firewall is off or allowing ports 6112 and 4000
