I know this is probably posted somewhere but I could not find the faster cast rate chart for a windy druid. If someone has them or a link Id be grateful. Thanks

17 frames = 4%

16 frames = 10%

15 frames = 19%

14 frames = 30%

13 frames = 46%

12 frames = 68%

11 frames = 99%

10 frames = 163%

His wind druid guides also lists all of the faster hit recovery breakpoints.

Kiba's already got you covered. Another great reference for a good chunk of the breakpoints and formulas for the game can be found in the Dii.Net Strategy Compendium Facts & Formulae Archive (http://strategy.diabloii.net/news.php?id=551), I've actually bookmarked it for quicker referencing when I've forgotten a breakpoint and need to look something up (sometimes delving through the guides can take a good little while).
