How do you know if your ban?

Since installing D2 lod Ive been able to get onto USwest and Europe. I running this conmputer through wireless internet. My firewall and router ports (6112, 6119, 4000) for d2 are open for use. could I possibly been ban from asia and Useast. The error message i get is the "Unable to connect to battle net" one. My buddy used to use hacks and third party programs to run D2 but I actually brought the game because I have a job. Could I possible be banned from Useast and Asia?

if its a perma ban, you will get unable to connect (8) iirc

if you can connect to some realms its most likely a temp ban, try changing your routers ip (hit the reset button on your cable/dsl modem)

actually my modem doesnt have a reset button but i can change the local I.p adress using the router configuration page should i do that?

youll need to change its internet ip, not its local ip

you can unplug its power, about 15 secs should do it

Yeah It apparently won't renew the I.P Adress becuause i am infact behind a router....
