Man oh man do I hate hate hate to use ML on equipment, I don't want to wear a Manald or Mav belt and I dont have one of those godly dual leech 20strength, 15 dex rings some of you have. So, I was thinking of Phoenix GMB or Mat bow, I know some of you have tried it, what did you like about it?
I was thinking of trying a Mage Plate Enigma, not for the teleport but for the strength bonus and the frw cause I also hate running slow.
Phoenix bow is really, really, really bad idea.

Only for Immozons. Then you can bath and giggle in timered spells.

Thats interesting to hear..I was thinking it would do very good damage along with Mage Enigma, dual ravens, cats, wt's, lots of dex, and I mean lots and lots. I was thinking base vitality and have a cta/lidless on switch. I have a 19 stat torch I just got in trade along with a +15 stat anni and would start using after 75. If it shoots slow, I was thinking Faith act1 merc named Jenna.
Would use it if it was in a dedicated Firezon build like with Immolation Arrow, Exploding Arrow, etc. all maxed and synergized and maybe Strafe as a back up. Also, I'd go with "Infinity" on an Act 2 Holy Freeze/Might Merc. (Might Merc could be equipped with Iceblink, Blackhorn's, etc. for slowing or freezing effects to maximize your Immo damage.) If using it, you'll want more -% fire resist gear to maximize your fire damage output and stock up on bow skillers like crazy. Pump enemies full of Exploding Arrow and fry recalcitrants with Immo.
As a regular bow for Strafe, Multi, or Guided Arrow...I think you have much better options.
when the ctc firestorm goes off it will make your spell/skill buttons red and you won't be able to do anything for a short period of time. i don't know exactly how long this is but it will interrupt whatever you're doing 40% of the time. If it's the same as the delay for Blizzard on Zakarum's hand then it's about half a second.
could have been explained in the first response
I hate timered spells/attacks. Remember that ALL skills that use timers cannot be used when one has gone off (let's say your firestorm goes off or you fire an IMMO arrow... your valkryie dies. You can't recast her since she's on a timer too...)
Had to dump a LF/PJ build halfway through because I couldn't stand the timer on PJ...

I was actually just thinking of big big damage not the -fire part of it. The rune word can get up to 400 enhanced damage. I was also thinking of using Enigma because it would help me with the strength bonus and I could pump up Dex super high, I'd like to see how the damage would look comparing Enigma with pumping dex or Fort with enough strength for gear routine.
400 ed plus 300 ed combo looks nice though.
40% chance of firestorm on striking...
Hmm be prepared for a lot of "Connection Interrupted"?
(the damage is sexy though, I will admit)
mystified

if you want high dmg in form of ED, why not try botd?
it has better mods than phoenix. Also some ml you wanted. and cheaper.
personally I find the bow very annoying when used in right moment. (try using it in baalruns and palas shouting at you for getting rid of corpses and lagging people. If you don't like them, fire like crazy with strafe then everyone will drop out of game due to lag lol)

Firestorm is the same thing the torch has right? I drop all the time in baal runs with her, I hate that.
Yep. Strafe + Firestorm = bad idea.
Firestorm from Phoenix isn't the same as Firestorm on Torch. The one from Torch will only lag you (and everyone else) while the one from Phoenix also has a bonus: casting delay
was thinking Faith act1 merc named Jenna.
Jenna.. I like Jenna

Did one with the help of Atma on Singleplayer, with a pumped valk casting hydras everywhere... not fast, but looked cool
