bow/merc choices for CS run bowzon

which zon would have more dmg output?

1) act 2 might aura merc + pride. Zon uses GMB faith

2) act 1 rogue + faith. Zon uses Windforce

Main skill will be multi (I just find it easier then strafe), all dex build. (depeding gear ofc for windforce)
In which case, whose dmg will be better, and ofc survibility?

I am using pride merc atm but he dies to IM occasionally when I run too fast (he teles in front of me, gets IM-ed and die lol)

They do about the same damage without lots of +max charms I'd guess, however with higher end charms the faith+might&pride will do more.

The thing about a wf+faith combo is that she has less ias problems since wf can carry 20-40 extra ias. A GMB faith user needs 95% for fastest multi, preatty much 45 helm, 20 gloves, 20 amu and 10 from belt. A wf user needs the same, but the potential 40 from bow frees up the amu slot for atmas for a ctc amp, and belt slot for razortail belt for 100% chance to pierce.

Same opinion and why is as posted above: atmas amu, 100% pierce and better, a merc that never die to iron maiden in cs runs

I guess I have to try out wf/faith as well.
I was actually thinking going one less frame (8 frame) with 100% pierce. sinceI already have some charms for nice dmg boost by auras thought it maybe better to go for faith/pride
atma..imo ovverated :p
it never triggers for me mostly I use multi rather than strafe. I have swap lacerator.
but by the sounds of it, WF might be better suited..now I am torn.

At least we can clearly conclude wf+faith merc > faith + dead merc.

Press the zonshowoff link in my sign, not a pure bower but a good example of wf+faith, more bow focused then CMDs hybrid, still you should ofc expect a bit more of a pure bower on the bow part.

I'm also in the process of making a bowie for cs and wsk, but was looking at an Act 2 might merc with a crescent moon scythe. Not looking for damage from the merc, just blocking and the ctc static will work in place of cb, though I could throw some of that on him also. Any thoughts to this route?

I'll be using a WWS or and Ice for my bow.
