the things other low level duelers use. I'm thinking of rhyme in a grim shield. A rare javelin, things with res and mdr or pdr. Viper magi comes to mind.
And often set items. Dead combo is great, certainly for cannot be frozen, although rhyme already has that. Angelic amu and rings give life, good ar and more.
However, the first question you have to answer is this, how much hr do you want to spend on your amazon. The best items are often items filled with crazy jewels, these can go for some hr if you want the top end.

But first, what did you have in mind, a poison javazon or a lightning javazon? I assume that poison is better due to mdr-bug. Although I'm not sure.

rare gloves (2 java + ias. off my head, I beileve you can have 10 ias on gloves at lv 30)

Although packs a punch can't say effective imo. I prefer boners or sorcs who will do more one hit dmg then javas. (it has to be dot with psn, so CS all the way..but mdr and res :S)
Stick with bowzon would be quite nice to, as it is ranged, fast and packs a punch in lld tho we hab probs with recast necs....-_-

There are no 2 Jav circlets but you can get 2 Passive with the great 20frw, resist and sockets along with possibly skulls for life/mana regen.

30 frw can spawn on circs under lvl 30. I just traded 2ss, 30frw, 5str, 88 ed, 20 fr lvl 30 circ last night. Dont amazons depend on frw?

1 to ama skills and frw is good. But like I said, peasant crown is very good in most situations with +1 skill, frw, life and replenish life. Only few rare circlets will have better mods then this since you won't need 20 FCR either. (mana is good option on rare circlet as you will need them)

probably my favorite lvl 30 is my poison zon. i could post screenies of her, but i have no net at home atm.

any hat would have to have 1zon/30frw/2os/life/mana to be better than pcrown for an ama.
