What auras, besides the usual Fanaticism? Sanctuary? Use a Sanc Shield.

The damage would be wasted, shields doesn't transfere ele damage, however if you want to try with pulses, you can combine the normal combos, or just Dream helm + dream shield + fana/aura lefty.
