Dream/Dream/Dragon sorc?

Hey,

Quick question: what are dream/dream/dragon sorcs, and how do they work? EDIT: And what is the paladin build for the same thing? How do they work?

I saw a guy in Hardcore with one and he killed a couple people. Do they honestly try to hit someone with a weapon as a sorc?

Is the damage added to spells or something?

These Auras stack. 2x Dream is the equivalent of slvl 30 Holy Shock, and so on.

With Sorceress, Fire Mastery will apply to the Enchant and the Holy Fire, while Lightning Mastery will apply to the Holy Shock, which gives you a huge boost in damage from those Auras. Normally, those Auras don't add much to melee damage, but FM/LM will give a ~200% boost, which massively improves it. Using Passion, or using Beast to transform and switching to Res/AR/IAS Phase Blades, you can get quite a lot of damage output.

Paladins work similar, except instead of FM/LM, they can pump the synergies (Resist Fire, Resist Lightning), which increases the damage. Normally, it'll be impossible to have Holy Fire, Holy Shock, and another aura (such as Conviction) out simutaneously, and it'll be impossible to have such high slvl Auras out too, but with the help of these items, it's possible.

The Aura damage is added to non-spell attacks, so yes, the Sorc will whack/shoot things.

I'd like to see someone say it is. Most just use double Dream.
