Lightning Bolt damage and ed jewels

If I put on a 40 ed jewel in a shield, does my lightning bolt light dmg increase?

i don't have much expirience with this skill so i too wanna know the answer.

Lightning bolt converts 100% Physical dmg into lightning dmg - put on a forti and see the difference :) - so, I'd say yes.

The ed jewel would not apply. All the ed over all gear only apply to physical damage, which means the damage on a weapon... Also the ed doest not apply to the elemental magic on a weapon, but on the main damage.
