ok, so I have a hellcrack (224% ED, 111% AR) with 2 OS (probably will do shael + 15 ias or shael shael)
and a Buriza (166%) and the means to upgrade it. (I will probably ED jewel this)

My question is simple, for my bowazon (I plan on using one of these, just because I'm poor and can't afford a faith) which would be better?

Buriza all the way, it does more dmg at higher lvl, it has more IAS, 100% pierce.

the only crossbow anyone should even think of using on a zon is burrito. seriously though, use a bow.

All jokes aside, this is just a fun zon who I may convert to a dueler. She'll probably be nothing more than another 80+ to throw on the walls, so I don't wanna spend a lot of money. Also, buriza brings back nasty memories of pvp domination. Nothing was worse than 10000 pierce guide-azons :(

there are other bows that are useable between the cost of wf, faith, and crossbows.

dont upgrade that. try to get a perfect or near perfect one to upgrade. 166% is low, and I bet you can get a really nice one for perfect gems on the trading forum. Eaglehorn is cheap and good. A high end lycanders aim is also good+cheap and can be upgraded. My favorite is the upped witchwild string. The runes for harmony are easy to get and that's also a nice bow.

I would say don't upgrade it at all. Biggest part of Buriza's dmg comes from +max dmg/lvl, upgrading it to colossus crossbow will give only slight dmg increase and annoying 163 str requirement.
