NON-WEAPON sources of ITD

I've already got my weapon, I'm using the runeword "Doom", but I'm looking for a source of Ignore Target Defense... anyone have a list or something? Is it an available mod on rare amulets?

No, ITD is only available on weapons.

And generally not on too many weapon types: wands, scepters, daggers and katars as the suffix "of Piercing." That's one reason the Crescent Moon runeword is so great- it gives ITD on better weapon types.

That list doesn't seem to be up to date. It lacks runewords added at a later point of 1.10 and 1.11. For example, the Faith runeword offers ITD as well and it's not on the list.
