anyone have evidence that fire dmg = stun at certain % life dropped or whatever?
i think its become accepted that fire damage no longer causes stun. you'll still stun a character when you deal enough damage to take away 1/12 (iirc) of their life with any source of instantaneous damage.

so if i do a dmg that reduce 1/12 that put opponent into fhr mod?
whats append if im ww barb and i do a ww into a ww and i drop opponent life 1/12, since ww = uninterruptible, does that do anything or nothing to help?
only do the dmg you do without bonus out of that?

you won't put someone in a ww-animation into hit-recovery regardless of how much damage you do.

Hax some chars in SP and go test in TCP/IP game over teh internets. You could try it for each version like 1.07+
It used to cause automatic stun, but it hasn't worked like that for a very long time.
I think since 1.09.

Im 99% sure it diddent work like that in 1.08 or 1.09 either
I'm 98% sure it was just another bnet myth. Just like pvp zealots in 1.09 suddenly started using fury scepters because someone said blunt weapons cause blocklock more often then other weapons

I don't know, I get much better results vs hdins when I only enchant and don't trigger venom on grief. 3xk ar, enchant, no ravens no venom = more interrupted hammers, i.e. I don't get hit nearly as much as I used to when hammerdins telehammer close and I ww out.

I actually had a Fury Seraph Rod in 1.09.
It sucked compared to a CCSoQ or my eth Cruel Hydra edge of swiftness
It definately did work at one time.
It's been so long that I don't remember the exact patch though.

why should blunt weaps stunn more?

Because its more fluffy that way because a hammer breaking your skull stuns you, and a sword lobbing off your wrist only causes minor inconvinience.
1.09, fire damage was hit-recovery.
