Hey Guys,

I have recently created a Javazon around this build;http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=127612

... it's a great guide and I am in awe at the dmg output although I'm still going through mana like no ones business.

To solves this problem I was going to increase my mana regen/mana stolen per hit but I don't know which is going to make more of a differance. I have a socket in my armor spare and a few sockets in quests i am yet to complete so what would be your choices?

- Armor has a slot - Tir rune or Perf skull? Or something else?
- Rings are mana regen'ing already
- Shield I thinking of socketing for some perf diamonds.
- Weapon is a titans revenge so I can't socket that via quest :(

So mana regen or mana steal?

i would say steal is the best way to go. try and find some duelleech or just mana leech rings with extra mods if possible. a gaze is also a nice source.

That's a great "mini" guide. I am not sure which hat you're using, but if you have a really hard time finding something you could settle for Tal's mask. Ugly but 10% mana leech is pretty good.

Why don't you list your current gear for us?

I'm not rich - I just have a good friend that helps out when my MF turns up with nothing :/

Peasant crown,
Mavina's gloves
Mavina's BP
Titans Rev
2x Manald Heal rings
Waterwalk boots
The Ward shield
Random amulet

Since you are PvM (I assume), you might consider to make a Spirit shield. It adds lots of Mana and resistance. Give your merc an Insight Stick, too. Also, since LF kill lots of mobs with 1 or 2 throws, silkweave boot might be good (+5mana per kill). Also, suggest to use Razortail for more pierce.

Mav's stuff is nice. If you can, get the diadem, bow, and belt to eventually complete the set. Partial Mav's could be useful for you, since the diadem + other equipment offers a lot of IAS and +1 skills as well as other useful mods. More IAS = more throws = more frying. I'd recommend saving the socket for Mav's armor for an IAS jewel down the line, because you may want to use it for a Frostmaiden or Strafer bowazon. (Mav's is most useful for Frostmaidens and Strafers.)

Yes, what Chien suggested about the "Spirit" shield would help out a lot. It adds 90-110 mana as well as other nice stats. And add a few +mana charms to your inventory. At some point, your mana leech and natural mana regeneration will balance out and you won't have mana problems. I run with very little leech on my Javazon, but about 430 mana or so from equipment and charms. I usually don't need to drink a potion unless it's a prolonged battle, because most stuff drops dead from CS or LF or my Might merc mangles them.

If you're on USWest and need a Colossus Voulge or something like that, I can give you one. PM me if you need. When turned into an "Insight," it makes for a beefy weapon and it'll help keep your mana bulb full.
