Question about glitch items

Are these items visible for other players or not? For example i use Ebotd TM, which needs 202 str and gives me 30. My base 125+49 (from rends and arreat)+30(from weapon)= 204. Is my weapon naked for other characters or not?

Nope. Your actual base strength (without any equipment or charms) must be equal to the item's strength requirement for others to be able to see it (likewise with dexterity requirements).

If you are wearing a complete set without meeting the strength/dexterity requirements "naturally", other players will still see the aura (if the set grants an aura, of course).

AFAIK equipment counts in concerning the visibility of your weapon. Only if you use charms to meet the requirements you will be naked for others.
