How many games before getting temp banned?

So I have been running NM travi for money with my new gf baba (cant handle hell yet fast enough) and the games are so fast that I allways get banned after a while, so how have you solved this and whats the max amount of games you can enter in x amount of time?

The ban is not same kind that you get when changing mulechars, it seems to be longer too, how long exactly?

It all seems random. Sometimes you'll get banned after 2 games, sometimes after 5, sometimes 10 etc.
The bantime also seems random to me.

Best way to avoid it is to stay in the games longer. Try and see if you can extend your runs, for example go hunt down some other pack of monsters just for the sake of it. Shenk/Eldritch or Pindle, for example.

Yeah I supose I could kill pindle and eldritch for it to take a bit longer, shenk doesnt give double drops so he is lame and I'm dissing him ;(

Ofc the problem pretty much is solved once I find a setup that I can handle hell travi with :)

I used to fire off random things into the channel between each MF game. I think it helped. I never got a temp ban, and I think I probably irritated some folks in the channel, but that's what they're there for, eh.

I think the limit is 20/hour, but that includes not s/e + joining too fast which causes it even you don't exceed that number.

how long is this supposed to last? i havent been able to get back on east for over 4-5 hours...

If you try to log on too much it extends the tempban with some time. Just don't try it sooner than every 20 minutes. If it still lasts longer there might be other issues at hand.

I've found that with gossiping with random townsfolk and then firing off random gibberish in the channels in between games, i haven't been temp banned for quickly save/exiting or joining games too fast, but i don't think i've tested the 20/hour limit doing that.

I'll try that from now on. I just got temp banned for going through trist runs from 1 - 13 continuously. :cry:
