What is that sound when you use WF?

Every so often I hear this sound when I'm using windforce. I think I see a little * looking thing shoot out of it too when this happens. It looks like those things you get shot with by the scantily clad demons in act 5.

So... what is it?

WF has no procs...list your other gear.

I'll bet he's using 'Laying of Hands' Gloves and it's a Holy Bolt popping every now and again.

I put my laying of hands on when I equipped Windforce since I didn't need my 20%IAS, knockback gloves anymore.
