heavy armor reduce frw, so the ww will do like :
when you cold ur opponnent, he ww slower so more hitcheck at same spot for him vs you.
my question is : if you use heavy armor, that reduce frw, so that do a little more hitcheck? like when ur opponnent is cold?
mayby a little, but anyone can respond me on that?

Heavy armor slows your walking speed & since walk speed=whirl speed it allows you to remain in attacking range a tad bit longer, makes far tooo little impact in pvp due to tele usage & it evens out in bvb-since you both whirl-any increase/decrease in your/his whirlspeed has a reciprocal effect.

yes but, if u using cold dmg again other barb, he will do more hit to you because of his slowest ww speed, so mayby heavy armor = good choice for hit more enemy? yes/no?

or any way to have a better attacking range? boost alot increase speed? decrease alot your frw (can only be down by heavy armor/shield and slow target %)?
the actual speed of the spin is not affected, just the barbs motion across the screen.
So - even if 1 barb is frozen, has no Increased Speed skill, and is wearing heavy armour vs barb#2 with CBF,IS and light armour, then
there will be absolutely no difference when they are ww'n across each other. The hit checks are exactly the same since they are in each others range at the same time.
Only time being slow can help is if you catch someone not moving at all, since you will be in attack range longer then. But, that's hard to do BvB wise since fancy footwork wins duels and both are in motion all the time- the frozen barb has limilted manuverability then, which is more of a disadvantage then -imo.

so if im medium weight armor fort (sacred armor) have no increase speed, wearing gore riders, have high cold dmg, vs a increase speed barb with archon plate fort, both have the same range and hitcheck? even if barb is frozen and both ww in ww?

yes, because the rates of hit checks stay the same, the damage one barb does won't increase over the other. cold/slow armor will make one of the barbs move slower, which just means that both barbs will be in contact for longer.
slow/cold will increase your damage when you dod casters though, because you'll be able to increase the number of hit checks per whirl, lowering the relative number of initial hit checks that only hit with the primary weapon.

right. but they wont be in contact with each other longer, unless they are both frozen. In anycase, they will be in contact with each other at the exact same moment, at the exact same rate, and how long will be determined by the speed of the fastest barb.

the contact time is determined by both barbs, namely the sum of both their speeds. having just one frozen will increase the contact time for both barbs.
eh, now i gotta rap my head around that one for a bit

here's a (hopefully) clarifying example:
imagine one stopped train and a moving train traveling towards one another at 60 mph. relative to one another, the trains will be moving at a speed of 60 mph.
however, if the stopped train begins to move at 60 mph as well, relative to one another, they will be moving at 120 mph (2x as fast). because they are moving relatively twice as fast, they will pass each other in half the the time as before.
