Solo Ubers with a Concentration Barb?

How risky is this? The reason I'm asking and not just doing is because my barb is a Hardcore char. My gear is as follows -

Arreats 6% LL - Unsocketed atm
Highlords ammy
CoH Archon
ebotdz
SS with PDiamond in it
Verdungos
2x Raven Frost
Gore Riders
Steelrend gloves (Might need to get dracs?)

Charms are relatively terrible besides some FHR ones. Max Block, 23k armor while attacking, 3.3k HP with BO from normal +2x2 Warcry weapons, approx 10k AR. I haven't tried prebuffing gear yet for shouts to pump my life up more, which I don't have a ton of but am trying to work on. I have a +3 warcry ammy at least.

I have a act2 might merc right now with Bonehew with two Amn runes for life leech, I think a Duriels Shell and some really terrible hat. I was thinking about an Act 1 Faith archer for Fanat, or just an Act2 Defiance merc to pump my defense up more.

I'm just concerned my attack speed will be too slow and I won't get a Life Tap proc up fast enough / leech enough life. My Lightning resist is at 71 in hell when I am hit with Conviction aura, so I'm not too sure how that'll be on UberMeph.

Currently I'm level 84 - What would be the best time to even go test out on the mini Ubers (duriel etc)? Is it a lost cause with a Conc Barb / too risky since the attack speed is slow compared to a frenzy barb?

pretty much what i use but yes use dracs for tap.

your attack speed is fine. your at next to the last breakpoint,
125% ias total isn't really alot faster.

no need to depend on merc, they die easy anyway. High resist, not defense
is the key to survival.

One thing tho, you might want to increase your crushing blow %
You can do this with guiliams. Personally i use Beastz with the same
setup you have, but i think most would say use CB on the helm6.

You'll be fine imo, higher life would help tho. I only put 1 pt in conc,
and can solo them with no issues.(6k life tho) Pots!
