awesome its my favourite charactor too.
Great !!!! Congrats !!!!
I´m quite a fan of shifters and barbs and like the idea of playing a wolfbarb. You seem quite experienced with them. So, how do they do in pvp and pvp. Any comments from your side would be appreciated.
Cheers

Awoooo!
Wolfbarbs rock glad another one is on the realms
My wolfbarbs are amoung my fav builds :)
(beaten by the almighty bear sorc)
what flavor did you go?
one of mine has max spear mastry and uses ebotd ghost spear , ive another with max polemastry and tomb reaver and a third wolfbarb with grief+ss. I found one can make a very solid bezerker/wolfbarb hybrid for running around IM areas. He's my fav varient and 2 hander all the way :)
20 bo 20 shout 20 mastry 20 zerk (more for the ar) then a few in usual spots nat res, incr speed, iron skil etc...
the grief+ss (gris caddy is solid too and quicker) does acceptably well in pvp. Keeping harmony on switch with feral rage lets you catch anyone.. after that it's usualy game over. This build has more life then any other char. Smiters and ww are always hard but thankfully wolfbarbs have huge def too
one of the perks of shifting is being able to hold say a wizzy in the off hand for the res while always attacking with the good wep.

I built mine purely for all out melee dueling, although his lvl doesnt currently reflect it (only 87), but i can use him for pubs. Would just have to do some gear switches lol.
As for mine i went the griz caddy route. And heres what he uses:
Eth Zod'd 3/5/6/6/9str/13dex/13vita/134%ed 528 def Wolfhowl (man thats a mouthful)
Duress Boneweave (if i remake again its going to be fort for main armor with duress in stash)
Angelics
196% Gores
14 str Dracs
40/14 Dungo
Switch:
2x Hotos
Stash:
2x Ravens (250/19 +223/20) Highlords
Soj+BK+Maras+CoH Dusk (for prebuff)
Treachery BP
Tgods
War Travs
Hotspurs
Steel Rends 48/18's (gm melee duels. Tap goes off rather quickly with 4frame attack lol)
He's not perf yet. I think one more good remake, keeping pub dueling in mind as well, my 4th remake will be even better  . Its kinda funny. Everytime i seem to come into some wealth, i always remake my wolfbarb better than he was before i touch any other char or make any new char. MAN i love this guy!
Cubbie: I do well in pvm, its just slow killing with my griz caddy. If your purely pvm id go with a Sheal'd Azurewrath myself or a Greif PB. You wont have to worry about getting any leech from your wep, feral will provide an appropriate amount to let you survive. In pvp, since ive only really built myself geared towards melee, i do well. Im not going to say that i own any zealot or conc barb out there, but im not saying i get mopped with em either. Even at lvl 87 i still seem to do enough ow's dmg to make em hurt and with 27k+ ar with angelics those 50k def zealots arent untouchable any more lol.
Man, having him back makes me feel all warm and good inside:grin:
awwwwOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Wow! Thx for your complete answers.
Man, I´m really tempted to try this out, even if feral isn´t the godliest of melee skills pvm wise .... but what a TANK. To sad the Wolfhowl has such a high lvl req.
Hmm, and I would need some more wealth for some of the pvp gear.
As I understand either sword or mace way would be pvp viable in the end, right?
Hey, have fun and a kind *awrooooo* under the moon : )

Ya, i would definately suggest going sword (aka the greif pb route) or mace (the griz route) some have used eBoTD zerker for their wolfbarb, and claim that it does enough dmg and such to be good enough for pvp. I havent tested it myself, but i just love swinging really really fast lol.
nice to hear good news.
i recently made wolfbarb and its awesome. i went for grief pb+fortitude
