Best throwing weps for lvl 30 Throw Barb?

Title pretty much states my question. I've been seeing ppl with lvl 16-18 throw barbs, and those look like fun and all, but I been wondering about a lvl 30 throw barb. I'd like to make one but I have no idea what kind of throwing weps I should be looking for.

Anyone got any ideas? I was thinking it would most likely be a magical throwing wep with some kind of ed mod

this is one build where eth/repair isnt necessarily that great. i've never made one myself but i've talked to a few and they go through javs like mad. definitely have a pair of non eths that you can use while the others repair... or just go afk a lot i guess.
