New Character + Strength Issues

Well i'm a returning player of 3 years. Yesterday I made a sorc, intending to become a blizz mf.

Currently I am mid 50's and I have received some free gear.

This includes
Wiz spike, skullders, ormus robes, sand treks, spirit (monarch), mage fist, and some rare mf boots.

The only problem, is all of this gear requires stats in strength and dexterity. I cannot afford an annihilus or torch right now so that is out of the question. Do I just suck it up and put points in strength that will ruin the character at a later time? Or keep looking?

Use the hard points in strength and dex, vita and energy only yield 2 life/mana per point anyway. Life is easier to get via gear/charms. If you find/receive torch and/or anni later, just rebuild. It doesn't take more than a couple of hours to hit ~level 80 with a friend's help.
