How viable is PVP singer?

Im a pretty big fan of pvping with the non traditional builds. THeres nothing i like more than owning a hammer pally or smiter with my fire druid and having them say WTF!?!? But i still to like to hold my own in public games. Just wondering if singer can tangle with the more common pvp builds and still have at least an even kill/death ratio.

very very low. the best you could hope for is killing low fhr sorcs. vs ww barbs smiters hammers you have literaly no chance.

its certianly fun and unique but u wont clear pvp rooms like a cheeseladin randomly hammer fielding.

I once dueled a fully equipped singer with my BVC, it was so sad since he actually had no chance at all. It was in a pub and he got owned by everyone

Its simply to low damage to hurt someone. Its only good for PVM and then again, only against big packs of opponents.

If u going to play a singer, its no fun in PVP at all. U just want to leave the game since most of Bnet noobies will laugh at u, and u hate the charac for not teaching them a lesson but only die and die and die, and get more laughed at. If u get my point:)

I also love different builds, but effectiveness is a important factor

Edit: maybe i was seeing it all from the melee perspective and its effective against specific duelers, maybe if u are going to make one, avoid smiters/barbs and other melee. I dont see this one winning from those:)

They're great against non es sorcs. Dual Wizzy and 200% fcr means you'll be keeping up with them and be sorbing any amount of cold mastery.

Frenzy is one of my favorite PVM skills, but PVP i dont think its any good. Maybe its comparable with Zeal. Another skill of greatness, but in PVP most of the cases it has no chance:/

Maybe with specific melee only duelgames (no smiter/ww) there is a chance. But in those kind of games zealers with extreme high defense and block have a better chance of killing

Absolutely no chance at all. Conc > frenzy @ PvP

Berzerk = Zero defense while attacking. Not a good plan.

I found out recently that double swing, vlld barbs are awesome.

Your swing speed is bugged...so you are really really fast.

Usually you can block lock or hit recov lock them as they die.

Zerk is REALLY good for PVP actually... with Nigma, defense doesnt really matter.

Some bvc fool around with zerk only and it actually does work when they namelock well.

If we are talking pubbies yes it is.LLD games have more ranges of geared and skilled players giving a Singer a much better playing field.If your wanting a serious dueler Id go for something else but if you want something different and fun then a Singer is not bad(LLD wise).Imagination.

Anyone with block is going to destroy a singer, doesn't matter what else they use.

Singers are just crap in pvp, it doesnt mather if its lld/mld/hld.

Maybe a pure concentrate barb is good if u want to find a barb other than WW that is decent for pubs. I can imagine that stormshield/grief pb/sick AR and defense/ high life can destroy a pub Ww
