View Full Version : Block Question
I am sure this has been posted before, but when you are considering how much dex is necessary for max block using a Storm Shield (Yes I already know the formula) I was wondering if the 25% Increased Chance of Blocking already on the shield is added as Total + to Blocking% in formula or is this already included in the 67% Chance to Block on Stormshield? (Im Druid). Thanks for help.

Shael doesn't add to chance to block in a shield. Recalculate and resubmit.

The 25% Increased Chance of Blocking is included in the 67% on Stormshield (a Monarch normally has 42% Chance to Block). Also, a Shael rune increases your Faster Block Rate, not Chance to Block.

Thank you. (Fixed post).
