b v all charms

What would be the better option for a BvAll in terms of charms?
Im not including duped charms e.g. 3/20/20s, 451 psn charms etc since there seem to be way to many duped items around now (my ravenfrost ring poofed yesterday...)
At the moment, im using a random array of ar, max dmg and life charms that ive found.
would psn/life charms be a good option, for dueling chars like hammerdins where u might not get as many hits in?

Poison is bad. I tried an all-out poison barb with bramble+trangs to duel hammerdins, 30k listed damage = 60k in hell didn't do much even with dual death web switch. If they don't have stacked res they can always use cleansing anyway =/

Ar and life is main priority on charms (max/ar is nice but not necessary). Mana (~70) is second. Get some res if you got bad gear.
