List of difficulty levels 1.07

Hi, I have a list of the difficulty levels (monster levels?) for 1.10/1.11, you know, the list that goes like this;

A3 24 53 81 Kurast Causeway
A3 24 54 82 Travincal (etc)

for all the levels of all 5 acts.

My question, does anyone have the same type of list but for LOD 1.07??

Just picking up chest items and looking at them in atma it seems the 1.07 levels are all higher than 1.11.

Also I would appreciate if anyone has tips on 1.07 experience leveling, like how many levels are best between char level and monster levels for fastest exp gain?

Monster levels are not based on area levels in 1.09 and earlier. And yes, the area levels were HIGH back then.

Generally, every monster after mid-act 3 is lvl 90 and +3 for random uniques and +2 for champions. Superuniques I'm not sure about.
