Solo Baal MF w/ Meteorb

Does anyone do solo baal runs w/ their meteorb sorc? I just recently started trying it and I do pretty well...better than I thought I would. I really don't die unless I mess up agregiously. Over 300MF while I do it, and I can tank baal and he is down in like 15 seconds no problem.

I don't use my merc either.

Nightfish was a huge fan of meteorbs for solo Baal runs. I recently searched (briefly), but couldn't find it - perhaps you'd have better luck if you're more ambitious, but I think some of the info might have been lost in the forum crash ~10? months ago...

FYI, if you're not familiar with Nightfish, he's a legend in the single-player forum. When he's playing, you can pretty much rely upon him to produce a guardian (from scratch) EVERY week. What really makes him special though is not only his D2-ability (which is abounding), but his writing style is very clear, accurate, insightful, and reasonably entertaining. NF had this thing going for a while named 'MF Oddballs' where he'd do semi-analytical comparisons of different builds doing various runs on the most common targets (Blizzsorc vs. Countess, Baal, Pits, etc., then pick another build and run that against Countess, Baal, Pits, etc.) - and he didn't always using cookie-cutter builds either. I'm pretty sure that he favoured Meteorbs (overall) for Baal runs, and generally for MF - but when I tried to find his Meteorb notes with the search, I came up empty. Some of the MF Oddballs threads still exist though, and can be a decent read too.
