MF sorc advice please

Hey all,

Well I'm making a sorc for the sole purpose of shopping or as we call it magic finding for my other characters.

Tal Rasha's set looks to provide a HUGE chunk of magic Find. What else would you guys suggest I use to deck out an all-out magic finder? What have you found to be a good mf equipment?

I'm leaning towards a pure lightning sorc because I have been told they are the quickest killers for Mfing bosses etc.

Your thoughts and advice?

If you go light...this is what I plan on using

+2 Sorc +All Resis +MF Rare Amulet (Look for +15 res and +20mf or higher)

10% Fast Cast w/ Resists and MF if possible

It comes out around 300MF+ depending and kills extremely well.

I've managed to get the hang of mfing on my Fire Sorc and it's all I do now :D

If you want a nice MF build but you ain't made of money, then I'll list my build/items. They are relatively cheap and provide a good balance between MF and Killing speed.

I'm level 76 with the following build.

10 Firebolt (going to max)
20 Fireball

1 Shiver Armour (I think, its the 2nd one)

1 Static
1 Tele

At first I struggled with MFing, but now I can run Andy and Meph quite easily. I'm only posting this because I got kicked off of Battle.net for making to many MF gaems lol.

PS: I have just over 200% MF and I have 5k Fireballs. I down Andy in about 6-7 hits, which takes only 4 seconds or so with my cast rate of 85.

I would go light sorc, as most things in hell are fire immune, and pure lite's they definitely kill the fastest. My level 81 is throwing 28k lightning, which would drop to 24k if she wore mf gear outline by BanginCarAudio.

Lightning sorcs will tear apart anything if you have the right equipment. I've made every elemental sorc and I've been into magic finding ever since I started Diablo 2. I've been playing for about five years, and this is my above all, favorite build.

The skills are obvious... max lightning and all of it's synergies + lightning mastery and put 1 into the first cold shield. Don't bother with teleport because you'll have enigma.

IMPORTANT!!!:::
The most important piece of equipment for a lightning sorc is INFINITY for your MERC!! It will double your damage against enemies, especially in Hell, and will allow you to kill ANYTHING... even lightning immunes.

This setup owns everything for me, and on weapon switch I have 606% mf.
