Some Zerker Questions

So I'm planning to make a zerker.. probably just for pvp maybe so mf-ing.. but mostly pvp..

I'm planning to max the usually cookie cutter skills for this build but I'm wondering do the synergies help more or weapon mastery for this build? I'm planning to max both synergies (Howl and Shout) but I want to know whats more effective so I can max it last. And I shout even useful since my main attack is berserk?

Secondly.. how do dual wielding work with this build? Lets say my main hand weapon has 40% ias and my secondary weapon has 10% ias they don't stack do they? It would be too good to be true =/

If they don't how about other mods like 199% damage to demons? or crushing blow? do they stack on from the secondary weaopn?

Mods like ias/cb/ds from off-weapon don't help. Use a twohander (I like botd gpa) or wear phoenix/beast on secondary for %ed/%ar.
I'd max mastery if you dualwield (or if you build a zerk/ww hybrid), synergies if you use twohander (dmg is more important then since you want to maximize chance for 1-hit-kills).
