Depends what kind of barb.

Fast stuff would really rule, so...

IK Maul (Shael'ed, it also has 40% Crushing Blow which is good...)
Lightsaber (Sword VERY fast)
Baranar Star (Mace)

The two latters can be dual wielded for extra attack speed.

I'm sure there's more out there.
