Confirming Best place to search for 4 socket Crystal Sword

Hello all. I am looking for a 4 socket crystal sword. I am currently starting Hell with my Sorceress, I am in Act 1.

I have killed the Cow King on Normal and Nightmare so I cant run cows.

I looked at Ilvl of crystal swords with ATMA and other various websites and it says that 4 socket Crystal sword is Ilvl=25-39.

So with this info I looked at area Mlvls that are between 25-39. I see that the Chaos sanctuary in Normal is around 28 and the start of Nightmare has some Mlvls within range that I want.

My question is am I wasting my time using these charts and farming for this weapon? I know I acn join other games for cows and trade forums.

I found a few during Baalruns.

Hell cows with zero mf is propably the best option.

Items in nightmare drop with a max of 4 sockets (they can get more via cube or Larzuk though). Also note that Broad Swords have a max of 4 sockets (easier to Larzuk) and they only have 5 more str requirement, which really shouldn't be a problem. Additionally, they make you look different. :smiley:

NM cows / act 3 (flayers!) with Zero MF = best option
