Do aura's granted by items benefit from +1 all skills items?
Are aura's granted by items (on equip auras) considered oskills?
As I understand it from the guides - Yes.
And a 2 of the same also additively levels thus people using 2 Dream or Dragon Runewords etc.

1. Nope, they don't. For example, the maximum level holy shock you can have from using two 'dream' runewords will still be slvl30 (15+15), no matter what +skills items you wear. They stack with each other though.
2. Well, at least they don't benefit from +skills.

1. No
2. No. Auras granted from items are always in effect when equipped. They do not have to be selected for use with the Left/Right mouse buttons like oskills do.
BobCox is right about one thing though. When equipping two items that grant the same aura, the slvl of each is added together, resulting in higher skill levels i.e. a Barbarian can equip two Hand of Justice weapons and a Dragon armour, which will result in 16+16+14 = slvl 46 Holy Fire aura. Wielding two Last Wish weapons will result in a slvl 34 Might aura, two Dream items will grant a slvl 30 Holy Shock... you get the idea.
