What level requirement would Shaftstop be if I upped it?

Should be 54 (Boneweave's lvl req of 47 + 7 for upping to elite).

ahh..i see.. thanks. But one more question, is it always +7 lvls if its an exceptional to an elite? I mean, with other types of armor as well when upping.

Upgrading anything to exceptional adds 5 to natural RLvl, to elite adds 7. This means +12 if both happen, there should be a link for this somewhere...

BTW, if you socket it with something with a level req higher than 47, the new req will be 7 higher than that, no matter if you socket it before or after upgrading.
