The description of Hel rune says -15% requirements for all armor. Does the socketing of a hel rune into an armor reduce only the strength/dexterity requirements or also the level requirements? For example, if I have an armor that has req str 100, dex 100 and level 50, after inserting a hel rune will it become str 85, dex 85, lvl 43 OR str 85, dex 85, lvl 50? Has someone tried it before? Please share your experience because I'm in dire need to know! Thanks!
