Does the Countess have a special quest drop?

If so, would it be worthwhile to run bugged quest drops?

Not the Countess herself, although the first time you do her quest you get a several minor heaps of gold coming from the chest behind her.

Not worth keeping a "Countess Game Maker" for, if you ask me. After all, it's her runes and keys you're running her for, and the drop chances for those are the same regardless of if you're killing her for the quest or not.

You cannot benefit from it like that anyway. If you cannot solve the quest, no gold will drop after you killed her. You can only exploit first kill drops (from act bosses), but that's something different, as it's not directly tied to solving the quest.
