Looks like an Endlesshail. I'd toss it; it's not a popular bow at all. However, yours apparently rolled with perfect stats, so you might keep it for fun, although you most likely won't be able to sell it.

It's decent for mid level chars, if you ever make a bowzon it would be nice for normal baal runs.

Rares and magics are worth far more than uniques or sets.
