Running plan?

Ok so first of all I'm sorry if the answers are out there already but this would need quite a wide answer and I don't know what to even start searching.

So. I'm starting to play d2 again and going to build a mf sorc with this build: http://www.gamefaqs.com/computer/doswin/file/370600/39407

Now first I'd like to hear any proposals to make that build even better mf if possible. After that I need to hear a good tactic for runs with mostly 1 player but when I have to start from scratch so I need a way to get those tradeable items and stuff to make that build so after that I can start to run hell.

I did try and check some statistics about runes and some other threads but I couldn't find a proper all covering thing for this.

it recommends expensive stuff but it's not really necessary.

You can start right away. When I was making my meterorb I was able to solo norm Baal at level 32. wearing about 100 mf, maybe a little more, and the drops were noticeably better than usual. Stealth armor, Spirit sword, Rhyme sheild, and everything else was rares. That character is actualy still wearing the rare tri-res, FHR, mf boots she started with.

Ye that was my plan also: to run the bosses that I could. Just thought that someone would know some über plan here that would be soo much better ;)
