as bone necro my main skill is bone spear so i want to ask if i use bone spear i can do mana and life leech???

there are several (<- dont know spelling) items that gives hp/mana afther hit/kill.

Part of your answer is also an act 2 merc (I like offensive NM) with a decent insight andy's helm or if your broke a simple tals helm or even a crown of thieves with an insight. Just try to stay away from the iron maiden curse. I usually run into that alot on chaos runs.

Spells don't leech manna or life. As was mentioned, you can get items that give life/manna after a kill. But you have bone armor, so you really don't need life leech. Insight on your merc will take care of most of your manna needs.

With your prison/wall you have great crowd control, and if you don't mind not being "pure" bone you can take a point in dim vision (or better, get it on a wand) for even more crowd control.

If you don't have enigma shop for a staff with teleport charges (or gamble for an amulet with charges) or you could trade for Naj Staff, which should be pretty cheap.
