hmm item worth. help please

i just started diablo2 again so im not sure whats new and whats worth more/less and all that good stuff.

my question is:
how much is a "key of terror" worth in high runes or sumthing like that

the values are very outdated, but at least you get a bit of idea on what's valuable=)

EDIT: btw key of terror is from countess right? even though i play SP it drops quite often, so my guess it's not worth much=P
